1. When will I receive my order?

Delivery takes place within 3-5 days after our order confirmation (working days Monday-Friday). If your delivery has not yet arrived within ten working days or you have not yet received a shipping confirmation for your order, please send us an email: info @team-trailrunning.de .

Please remember to include your customer number and/or order number.

2. How secure is online payment?

We attach great importance to your security when it comes to payment transactions. Of course, your information will only be transmitted in encrypted form so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment will be processed by a specially security-certified partner.

3. Are the products manufactured sustainably?

We attach great importance to sustainability in our clothing products. We are already very sustainable and ecological in terms of raw materials as well as production, printing and transport. Nevertheless, we are constantly trying to develop this aspect further.

3. What material are our garments made of?

The difference between PREMIUM and CLASSIC T-shirts, hoodies and oversized hoodies lies in the material of the fabric. CLASSIC hoodies are made from 80% classic cotton and 20% polyester. A PREMIUM hoodie consists of 85% Organic cotton and 15% polyester. Another difference is the grammage, i.e. the proportion of fabric per square meter. The lower the proportion, the thinner the material is. These items of clothing are ideal for very warm days. The higher the proportion, the thicker, more durable and higher quality the garment is.

4. How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery to Germany / Austria / Switzerland: €4.95

5. How does a return process?

The goods can be returned within 14 days. The goods must not be worn and must be clean and free of dirt and damage. If this is not the case, there will be a greatly reduced or no refund. We reserve the right to decide this after examining the returned goods. The buyer has to bear the return shipping. However, we always refund the shipping costs for orders below our shipping cost limit (currently €70).

6. What are the sizes?

The sizes are normal. The Size Chart You can find information about each product in the product images. Simply compare one of your items of clothing from home with our table.

7. What should you pay attention to when washing clothes?

You should turn the garment "to the left" before washing - in practice this means turning the inside of the product inside out. The advantage here is that the printed outside is protected from the friction of the drum and the quality of your product is maintained in the long term. Furthermore, this item of clothing may be washed at a maximum temperature of 30° Celsius and should not be put in the dryer and should only be ironed inside out.
